notes for chapters 1-10 of Nano 2005. Going east on a strange street, past a hauling company, a design company, a lake... McKenna's house, Likert's house, Stott and St. Gregorio hanging around the beach.. an island where mites emanate and the jester gets snarky, a teacher who ditches her class and winds up drinking tea in a guardhouse ... Jimmy Durante working for the census bureau in Canada, and the docks, home of big sailboats, tea carts and irritating recreationists. Someplace close to colonial Williamsburg.
